Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
In the case of a purchase contract, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to

without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The deadline is met if you dispatch or hand over the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
In the interests of sustainable logistics, you as the consumer bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of cancellation. We therefore ask you to order consciously. This helps us to conserve resources and maintain fair pricing.
Exception: If it is a complaint (e.g., broken or incorrect delivery), we will of course bear the costs of the return shipment.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. If the return is approved, the refund will be made automatically within ten business days using the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
